1) All refurbished hardware purchased from Jets PC has a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase or repair performed. New Desktop Builds carry a 2 Year Hardware Warranty noted on the receipt at time of purchase. Any Laptop Battery in a device sold by Jets PC LLC carries a 30 day Warranty. When purchasing a reconditioned/refurbished PC or having your PC serviced, both parties agree that equipment is in good, working and acceptable condition before it leaves the premises of services performed. We will do everything within our power to ensure customer satisfaction within an agreed & acceptable time for both parties. Batteries are not included with 90 day / 1 Yr / 2 Yr Warranty.
2) A high-quality surge protector is strongly recommended & required for compliance with the 90-day / 1/ 2 Year warranty. Lightning, storm, electrical, power surge/failure, physical damage, neglect, dropping the equipment, accidental or otherwise, is not covered under the warranty. All equipment will be tested to diagnose these types of problems in case they happen to occur. Any additional software or operating systems not installed at time of purchase or repair are not covered under the 90-day / 1 / 2 Year Warranty.
3) All work will be discussed with the customer prior to proceeding. Quick, 5-minute diagnoses are no charge with paid repair.
Jets PC Service/Price List:
PC Virus Removal/OS Reinstalls - $125 flat rate complete with all updates + additional freeware.
PC Repairs, Data Backup, Upgrades - $75/hour + parts if needed. Quick tasks are a flat $75. This includes testing to make sure the PC is performing as expected. All Pricing is plus Texas Sales Tax.
4) Any unclaimed/unpaid property & hardware left for over 60 days becomes the property of Jets PC. Receiving these terms is construed as acceptance of the above terms & conditions. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. All sales are final.
